The Ship's Detective, consisted of a robot playing the part of a detective on the good ship Beagle, trying to discern which bits of Darwin’s accumulating data are truly “clues”. It was exhibited as part of the "Technoseduction" exhibition at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science, New York City, New York, U.S.A., 1997.
